6th April - 18th May: Transforming Adverse Conditions (6 weeks, no class on 4th May)

1st June - 13th July: Special Meditations for a New Life (7 weeks)

About the classes:

The Clapham meditation classes are open to everyone, from beginners to those with meditation experience.  They can be attended on a drop-in basis so there is no need to book in advance.  For more information, please see our page on on “What to expect at a class“.

Fees:

Per class: £7, or

Course Cards (available at classes): 4 weeks for £24 / 5 weeks for £30 / 6 weeks for £35

The meditation courses at Clapham from January to May are based on the book “Eight Steps to Happiness” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, which is available at the class, Dorjechang centre or through Tharpa Publications as well as major book stores.
