What is real? Are things as solid as they appear? Buddha’s wisdom leads us to understand how we are mistaken about how objects exist. There is no greater method for experiencing peace of mind and happiness than to develop this wisdom. Understanding this truth and meditating on emptiness liberates us from all our problems.

The day course will have two parts – conventional wisdom (morning sessions) and ultimate wisdom (afternoon sessions); and there will be teachings, meditations, and discussion to help us develop such profound wisdom to solve our human problems.

Learn to Meditate

Meditation is an effective tool to combat stress, depression, anxiety and other negative states of mind. Through meditation we develop habits of positive thinking. In this half day course, the basics of meditation are clearly explained. Receive guidance on posture, timing, breathing, general meditation and how to experience a happy mind. Develop a calm and peaceful mind. Improve how you relate to yourself and others. Develop concentration. Find happiness from within. Course fee: £20. |
