Meditation is an effective tool to combat stress, depression, anxiety and other negative states of mind. Through meditation we develop habits of positive thinking. In this half day course, the basics of meditation are clearly explained. Receive guidance on posture, timing, breathing, general meditation and how to experience a happy mind. Develop a calm and peaceful mind. Improve how you relate to yourself and others. Develop concentration. Find happiness from within. Course fee: £20.
